Studio Gio Architect memberikan pelayanan dalam konsultasi dan desain arsitektur hingga detail engineering drawing bangunan gedung, interior dan landscape. Pada dasarnya, studio Gio Architect memperlakukan klien selayaknya mitra, baik pihak swasta maupun Pemerintah. Pelayanan desain arsitektur pada pihak swasta dan perorangan mencakup semua tahap seperti layaknya proyek-proyek Pemerintah, mulai dari pra desain, konsultasi awal, kontrak kerja, survey (pengukuran dan pemetaan lokasi), pembuatan konsep, studio meeting (konsultasi dan presentasi), perhitungan dan estimasi struktur, perhitungan RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya), desain arsitektur, desain interior, animasi dan plotting sesuai syarat IMB (Ijin Membangun Bangunan).
